Excellent service! Before check in and through out my stay jean was very expeditious with his response time as well as ramon and rosa. The villa was very clean and all the amenities necessary from the bathroom to the kitchen to the pool. Excellent location 10 minute ride in the golf cart to the closest beach.

We really enjoyed our stay in this homey, comfortable and well equipped apartment. The location is great with nice views over the golf course. It was a nice touch with having snacks, drinks and water available on arrival. Quick communication from Jean and easy access. We will be back for sure.

Condo was even nicer than the photos. Well-stocked kitchen, lots of amenities, convenient location and Jean and Ramon were incredibly helpful at every step. Just steps from the pool and a short bike ride or golf cart ride to the beach, eco reserve, tennis, golf and other pool options. Easy access to hotel clinic for COVID tests for re-entry. Staff everywhere was very helpful. Service was fantastic and properties were spotless throughout.

This was our first time overseas as a whole family. Hacienda A19 was the perfect home for our family of 5. The house was beautiful the view was spectacular from the back yard and pool. The house was super clean and remained that way all week due to our livin housekeeper who made coffee each morning by 6 am. We could not have asked for a better getaway. The girls favorite thing was driving the golf cart around the resort.

This is a wonderful property in a quiet, private safe beach club. The villa was beautiful, clean and Elisa and Rene were so attentive and kind. Jean was our contact and always responsive to our needs. He made everything smooth so we could just enjoy ourselves. The beach is a very short walk or golf cart ride and it’s a place you can have your space without a lot of people around. Restaurants are great and the spa at La Cana was AMAZING. Thank you again Jean for a memorable time and we will be back in the future!
